Why can’t we start a petition, gathering signatures to see how many people would like to have some sex offenses removed from the registry that are clearly not violent or contact offenses. Since California has lifefetime registration, more people get added all the time, and that is overwhelming for anyone and counterproductive to fight sex crimes. I am sure, the majority of smart people would have to welcome this since it lets LE focus more on the true threats.
